(Remanded for new trial on punishment based on enhancements based on multiple declared disaster declarations. In February 2024, Defendant plead Guilty to two additional charges. On each of the three cases, Defendant was sentenced to 13 years, in accordance with the state’s plea bargain. The Court ordered the sentences to run consecutively.)
